I only started out in hopes of being able to illustrate my writings on my own, but I kind of got derailed along the way. Just as I don't really consider myself an artist, I don't consider the stuff I do as art; I don't think that's up to me to decide. I figure, if someone likes something I've done, great. If not, well, I'm okay with that too. I'm not in this to make money, although I have to admit it would be nice to have some extra cash to play with. Who knows, maybe in time, playing around with graphics and doing renders will be how I manage to make a living. Until then, I'm going to keep doing it for the hell of it.

I find the term "art" to be rather vague. And there's a lot of stuff being passed off as art that, quite frankly, isn't as far as I'm concerned. Sometimes a picture is just a picture. Sometimes a book is just a book. Sometimes a song is just a song. And so on.

Over the eight years I've been hauting the internet, I've made quite a few friends (even went out to live with a couple for a while a few years back), made some enemies, seen a lot of different stuff, some of which I'd rather not have seen. I've lost touch with a lot of people in that time, for whatever the reason. But I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. I still go by Revelation 23 in most places (where someone else hasn't taken the name). I don't post very often on message boards anymore, I don't talk much on IRC or on AIM/Yahoo/MSN. I just stick to myself. That's how I like it. Most of my time is spent listening to music, playing video games or trying to coax something decent out of Poser, DAZ|Studio or Bryce. Otherwise, I watch some shows on TV or else I'll pick up a book and read for a while. I don't live a very exciting life anymore. Part of me misses certain aspects of the way things used to be, but that's another story...
